Description
Dupatta made of Linen fabric, dyed in Lemon Yellow colour has musical instrument ‘Tabla’ embroidered by Sujani, an embroidery by women artisans of Bihar. The dupatta can be matched with any solid coloured or printed apparels.
Linen made from hand-harvested fibers of the flax plant. Linen though laborious to manufacture, is very strong, absorbent, reduces heat retention and ability to dry quickly. Linen is highly breathable, comfortable and cool fabric. Hence, best for hot and humid climates. It is smooth, lint-free and gets softer with each wash. The finest linen has very consistent diameter threads with no slubs. It can withstand high temperatures and has only moderate initial shrinkage.
Wash Care : Can be dry-cleaned, machine-washed, or steamed. Do not soak and rinse. Dry in shade. Bleach can damage the fabric. Do not dry too much by tumble drying. Easy to iron when damp. Linen wrinkles very easily, thus formal garments require ironing often for perfect smoothness. Nevertheless, Linen’s charm is in its tendency to wrinkle. Based on personal choice, can be air-dried on a good clothes hanger and worn without the necessity of ironing.
